SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS GUIDELINES

INTRODUCTION

Chryso Reign Television Network welcomes the opportunity to partner with content creators, ministries, and producers who share our commitment to faith, family, and inspirational media. To ensure high-quality programming and a smooth broadcast experience, please review the following guidelines before submitting your content.

1. ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMAT

All submitted programming must meet the following technical specifications:

Video Format

  • MP4 file (H.264 codec)

  • Resolution: 1080p (1920x1080) preferred; 720p (1280x720) acceptable

  • Frame rate: 29.97 fps (or 30 fps)

  • Bitrate: minimum 8–12 Mbps recommended

Audio Format

  • Stereo (2-channel)

  • 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz

  • Clean, clear, broadcast-quality audio with no distortion or clipping

2. CONTENT DURATION

To maintain broadcast consistency:

  • 28 minutes, 30 seconds (28:30) for half-hour programs

  • 58 minutes, 30 seconds (58:30) for one-hour programs

  • Any alternate lengths must be pre-approved in writing

Please avoid abrupt beginnings or endings. A 1–3 second fade-in/fade-out is recommended.

3. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

STANDARDS:

Not permitted:

  • Profanity or coarse language

  • Nudity, explicit content, or sexually suggestive material

  • Excessive violence or disturbing imagery

  • Political campaigning or partisan political messaging

  • Hate speech or derogatory content targeting any group

  • Unlicensed or copyrighted music, footage, or graphics

Content must:

  • Reflect integrity, respect, and positive representation

  • Support faith-based, family-oriented, or inspirational themes

  • Be suitable for a diverse Christian audience

4. COPYRIGHT & RIGHTS OWNERSHIP

By submitting content, producers certify that:

  • They own or have full legal rights to all footage, music, graphics, and materials included.

  • They grant Chryso Reign a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to broadcast the submitted program.

  • They have cleared all music and media rights for broadcast.

Chryso Reign is not responsible for any third-party copyright claims.

5. CONTENT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure proper handling:

File Naming Convention
ShowName_Episode###.mp4
Example: FaithWalk_Episode001.mp4

Delivery Methods
Choose ONE of the following:

  • Google Drive link

  • Dropbox link

  • WeTransfer

  • Direct MP4 download link

6. REVIEW & APPROVAL PROCESS

All submissions undergo a review for:

  • Technical quality

  • Content suitability

  • Broadcast compliance

  • Alignment with network values

Programs may be accepted, declined, or returned with notes for adjustment.

Producers will receive notification upon approval.

7. AIRING & SCHEDULING

Once approved:

  • Chryso Reign will assign air dates and times

  • Producers may request preferred time slots

  • Re-runs may occur at the network’s discretion
